- For 6 a.m. class access, call the front desk of the studio at 312-397-9642 for front door entry code.
- Late arrivals will not be admitted.
- Wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch and sweat in. No shoes or socks worn in the studio.
- Bring yoga mat, large bottle of water, and 1 bath size towel. Mats and towels are available for rent for $2 each. Bottled water $3 each.
- Come to class well hydrated and refrain from eating 2-3 hours before class.
- Changing rooms, lockers and showers are available.
