

Bikram Yoga in the City
I took my first Bikram Yoga class on the suggestion of a friend. Within a few weeks of practice, I began noticing an overall improvement in my emotional and psychological state — suddenly, everything in my life seemed to be coming together. I became an instructor to pass on these benefits to others. I really enjoy watching my classes improve, not just their level of physical fitness but also the improvements in their mental health.
