Welcome to Bikram Yoga in the City. As Chicago’s original Bikram Yoga studio, we’d like to invite you to join us for a class to see how Bikram Yoga can change your life and purify your body. Bikram Yoga is taught in a room heated from 105—110 degrees to encourage flexibility, prevent injury and promote detoxification. In 90 minutes, you will work the bare minimum of 292 systems in your body while sweating out the toxins that cause pain and sickness. More than a simple exercise regimen, Bikram Yoga is a fun way to achieve the body and state of health you’ve been looking for. The ultimate goal of Bikram Yoga is to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. Regardless of your abilities, Bikram classes are open to everyone and are forming all the time.
